Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Kimball County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience 4+ years on the tools preferred.
