Back-of-house cleaner — Kemper County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Kemper County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts.
