UPVC window fabricator — South Ayrshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in South Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely On the job you will handle: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
