Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
