Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
