Chiller technician • Grenada County, Mississippi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chiller technician in Grenada County, Mississippi. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Day-to-day duties: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade 4+ years on the tools preferred.
