Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Russell County, Virginia. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
