Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On the job you will handle: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
