Argon welding operator wanted in Clearwater County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Clearwater County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
