Toolroom milling operator • Sussex County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Sussex County, Virginia. You will work in a CNC machining unit. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance.
