Immediate opening: production welder (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Hardeman County, Tennessee. You will work at an automobile body shop. On the job you will handle: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
