Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
