Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Greene County, New York. The job is at an auto components factory. Day to day you will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor.
