Trainee butcher — Ohio County

What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Part-time with flexible hours.
