Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
