Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Louisa County, Virginia. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
