You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
