Horticulturist — Wilkes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will work on a golf course. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Happy to work outdoors in all weather The role involves: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
