Steward wanted in Bryan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Bryan County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
