VRF/VRV installation technician wanted in Hardin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Hardin County, Tennessee. The role involves commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
