Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Henderson County, North Carolina. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
