Coating plant operator wanted in Independence County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Independence County, Arkansas. The job is in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
