Air conditioning service engineer wanted in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. Day-to-day duties: • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
