Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Craighead County, Arkansas. You will be based on an industrial construction site. The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
