Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Power County, Idaho. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
