Dishwashing attendant — Richland County

Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
