Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket The role involves: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads 5+ years on the tools preferred.
