Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking.
