Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Garfield County, Utah. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours On the job you will handle: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
