Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Cleveland County, North Carolina. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Six days a week, one day off.
