Garden maintenance worker wanted in Ford County

Join our team: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Ford County, Kansas. The job is in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance On the job you will handle: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
