Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Independence County, Arkansas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
