Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands Your main tasks: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Full-time, day shift.
