Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
