Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cooper County, Missouri. The job is at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
