We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Fentress County, Tennessee. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection On a typical shift you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
