Cake decorator wanted in Park County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Park County, Colorado. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
