Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hopkins County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
