Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
