We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Custer County, Montana. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day to day you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
