Vacancy available: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Benton County, Iowa. Day to day you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
