Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Sanders County, Montana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
