Great opportunity: bakery assistant (Oyo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ogbomosho South, Oyo State. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
