Restaurant steward wanted in Cumberland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Cumberland County, Kentucky. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
