Ideal candidate: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; service split AC units and VRF systems; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil.
