Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
