Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
