Heavy equipment operator • Vernon Parish, Louisiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Full-time, day shift.
