Vacancy available: gang bricklayer (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Weakley County, Tennessee. The job is on a commercial construction site. You will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
