Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day-to-day duties: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs Performance bonus on top of base pay.
